This deletion flow is not yet active for public users. Final in-app and support workflows will be enabled before launch.
Planned primary deletion method
Users are expected to be able to delete their account directly from mobile app settings.
Planned fallback support method
If a user cannot access their account, Naild plans to provide a support-assisted verification and deletion process.
Expected deletion coverage
Deletion is expected to include, where applicable:
- Authentication account records
- Profile information
- Personal preferences
- Likes and saved collections
- Uploaded content, subject to legal, safety, or operational retention requirements
Retention and exceptions
Exact retention windows and legal exceptions are not finalized yet and will be documented before launch.
